Meditation Classes in the Samatha Tradition
A new beginner's class will begin in September at 7:00 PM of this graduated course in mindfulness of breathing for the development of calm and clarity, led by an experienced practitioner in this tradition. All skill levels invited, beginners especially encouraged. All are welcome. All classes are always free of charge. Classes held at St. Clare House 30 Phillips Road Holden, MA with parking in the St. Francis Episcopal Church lot at 70 Highland Street Holden, MA (St. Clare House is to the right of the parking lot). Please join us on Sunday, September 29th for apple picking (and hopefully a tour of the microbrew cider operation) in the rolling hills of Hawley. We will gather at noon at the recreation field parking lot on Route 68 in Hubbardston and carpool to Headwater Cider Company in Hawley which is a 1.5 hour ride.
