Meditation Classes in the Samatha Tradition

3/5, 12, 19, 26

Join us for this graduated course in mindfulness of breathing for the development of calm and clarity, led by an experienced practitioner in this tradition. All skill levels invited, beginners especially encouraged. All are welcome. All classes are always free of charge. Classes held at St. Clare House 30 Phillips Road Holden, MA with parking in the St. Francis Episcopal Church lot at 70 Highland Street Holden, MA (St. Clare House is to the right of the parking lot). Dismas Farm Dinner Volunteer Opportunity

We will be meeting monthly in the bar at the Harvest Grille, located at One Princeton Street in Holden, MA. Our next discussion will be on SUNDAY October 6th, gathering at 5:30 PM to order food and drinks, with our discussion to follow. We agree to end promptly at 7:00 PM.
Our topic this month is "How do we experience moments of rebirth?"  We hope you will join us at the Harvest Grille for a lively discussion.

The group will discuss poetry, so you are encouraged to bring one or two poems to share. This group is open to all, so please let others know about it, whether or not you choose to attend.
