Meditation Classes in the Samatha Tradition

Join us for this graduated course in mindfulness of breathing for the development of calm and clarity, led by an experienced practitioner in this tradition. All skill levels invited, beginners especially encouraged. All are welcome. All classes are always free of charge. We will be meeting monthly in the bar at the Harvest Grille, located at One Princeton Street in Holden, MA. Our next discussion will be on SUNDAY October 6th, gathering at 5:30 PM to order food and drinks, with our discussion to follow. We agree to end promptly at 7:00 PM.
Our topic this month is "As we present ourselves before the Holy in the stark times of Lent and/or winter…how do we discover the Sacred/Holy as we strip away the ‘noise’ and ‘things’ of the world?"  We hope you will join us at the Harvest Grille for a lively discussion.
